Hotel staff was nice, but they go home at 9pm and no staff are onsite for emergencies etc. Issues with room - carpet had red stains, found trash in tub on arrival, door security lock was hanging down. Just not a good choice.

The Deluxe Extended Stay was perfect for what we were looking for. The staff was very attentive and wonderful. The made sure there were healthy munchies available in the lobby? mostly healthy; I look at chocolate as a health food. The room was clean and wonderfully set up for us and the laundry room and supplies were great. Even after the storm, the pool was very clean and easily accessible. All in all a wonderful experience, I would defiantly recommend or stay there again! One light bulb was missing, but staff attended to it quickly. I really like the lighting... it is what I have at home.

There were many problems. The low wattage lights gave the room a ghostly glow. Internet was an additional five dollars. Breakfast was a plain bagel--no cream cheese. The drain was out of the tub, the single elevator had missing parts, the carpet was very worn and soiled, there was a strange smell in the room, and there was graffiti in the hallways and the elevator.
