The room was very smelly as in stale and cigarettes. The room didn't appear to have been cleaned well (bathroom tub dirty, non vacuum floor). Stayed on the 1st floor and the sliding window was broken (would not lock). Food left in the refrigerator from last visitor. The staff though was pretty good, professional. Location was great. Malls and food close. Close to Cincinnati. Would not recommend.

Place was clean and close to stores, freeway, places to see,etc. Staff was very helpful. Hospital, if needed, is just down the street. Stores are just down the street. Ideal location. Only down side, was that people did not clean up after their dogs. Staff should have been more insistant. We will consider staying here again if the chance arises again. Thanks

Stayed there for 10 day.The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned before I got there and the toilet was splatered with you know what.The sofa had white stains all over it and the kitchen et had dried food stuck to the floor.They are suppose to clean the rooms every 5 days but they never cleaned once during my stay.Oh and the Iron was broken and when I went to the front desk the manager could not accomadate me with an iron that worked.Even though they had empty rooms that she could have gotten one from.It is a shame the place has nice ameneties but is porly managed and not well kept.
