  I have stayed with Extended Stay before and loved it, but this place was a mess, the hallways are dirty, the laundry/vending area was aweful, dirty with water on the floor and garbage all over the place. The front desk had no change to give on a weekend. Poor planning when I am sure the weekends are the busy time.

  The location of the hotel is very nice but it ended there. The occupant of the room above me was very noisy, the room was only so-so in cleanliness, the room was smelly and the bed creaked with every move. you can't site in the easy chair if you have the a/c on and the room doesn't keep a consistent temperature. the worst past of the experience was the staff lied to travelocity and said I checked out late my last day. I had proof I was at the airport 2 hours before they said I checked out!

  3rd year in a row. we like the kitchenette, price is right, and it is near where we want to be. room is always clean. never any safety/security concerns. housekeeping service is provided only once a week, so you do have to take out your own trash and ask for fresh towels if needed but we do that at home. compared to other all-suite hotels in the area, this is the best price you will get. minor problem this year - they had trouble finding our king bed room we had reserved, but manager got involved and found a room for us. we'll be back next year

  hotel badly needs updating. There are no amenities--if you want cheap, this is it. The kitchenette is added to a regular motel room. There are some dishes but no soap, no information on surrounding area or places to eat. Internet access is intermittent and requires logging on each day. Not the best place to stay--cheap but that was it. Near major hospital so you can hear ambulances all night long.
