I was very pleased with this hotel. The room was actually a full 1 bedroom apartment, it has a full kitchen, fridge, with separate freezer, stove etc. Had a table that could be used as a desk with two nice desk chairs. The front room also has a couch with a fold out bed. The bedroom is completely separate with a door which was nice because one in our group snoorze so we gave him the pull out bed. The room was clean, obviously not high end like the MGM, but for the price range it was well worth it. We stayed on a Saturday night at it was $*. It's only one block walk to the Palms which was nice. Oh and there is a large closet, separate sink area from the toilet and shower which was nice too because someone could shower while the other used the sink to get ready. Only wierd thing, that was mentioned in a previous review is that the only AC unit is in the front room. Just above it on the wall adjoining the bedroom is a small 10 inch fan mounted into the wall that pulls the air from the front room into the bedroom but it actually worked well and the whole apartment stayed nice and comfortable. I would definately stay there again. Oh, and it was very quiet, you can park right in front of your room for easy loading the car. The pool was nice with a small jacuzzi. No complaints at all other than the unexpected 9:30am wake up call to see if we were checking out at 11am. Of coarse we were checking out Duh!

We stayed and this hotel and didn't know what to expect. It ended up being just of the over pass. Good quiet location. We enjoyed being in the pool and seeing the lite Playboy bunny that hangs from the Palms Casino, since it is right across from the Palms. Good room, three queen beds, and very affordable. We liked it because we could go into the main strip kaos and return for a peace night of sleeping.

Inexpensive Rooms for a Fri nite
05/09/2007Wifi only $5 needed curtains so people can't look inside when the drapes were open during the day. rio is just down the block.
