The "executive suite" is two rooms with connecting door. There was plenty of room. The rooms themselves are worn with carpet frayed and coming up in spots. If there is an ice machine, I couldn't find it. There is a large supermarket right across the street for snacks, etc. Forget the breakfast, it is TERRIBLE, only a few of the cheapest items they could find.

IF YOU WANT TO SAVE SOME MONEY AND NOT EAT OUT AS MUCH WHILE VISITING CALIFORNIA, I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. WITH THE KITCHEN IN THE ROOM MAKES IT SO EASY. THERE IS A GROCERY STORE ACROSS THE STREET. THE ROOMS ARE BEAUTIFUL! I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

I was disappointed in this hotel. After reading some of the reviews I had this pictured as a quaint hotel with all the necessities a family would need. The lobby and grounds are nice. The staff is friendly. The free continental breakfast was a joke. Only good for 1 day out ouf our 4 and only good for 2 people out of our 4. The beds were comfortable but sheets had burn marks on them. The room appeared somewhat clean at first glance but when you got settled it just felt icky. We kept our shoes on at all times, the bathroom had hair on the back of the door and still in the shower. The cupboard with the dishes had dust and grim. Not adequate towels, even after asking for more then the one kitchen towell they said they didn't have any more. The sliding door wouldn't lock so we had to shove stuff in the track so it couldn't be opened. No safe to put our valuables while we were gone. The walls were paper thin so you could hear EVERYTHING. There was a gap under the door so sounds, lights, cigeratte smoke could enter into our room even though we were in a non smoking room. They only had a couple of DVD players to share for the whole Hotel, first come first serve. The one and only computer was in the lobby under a stairwell in plain view, but that didn't matter it only worked the first day then it was down. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were old, cigerette burns in them, so even though they may have been clean they felt dirty. I would never stay here again and I would never recommend it to anyone. For the price I expected nicer.

From the front desk staff to the comfy beds, the Hotel Pepper Tree is a great hotel and an incredible value for vacationing families. Our only regret: we weren't staying longer to enjoy the spacious room, kitchen and pool. It may not be across the street from Disneyland, but it is a terrific find for travelers who are looking for comfort, cleanliness and convenience at very affordable rates. The front desk staff was helpful and thorough. Our late request to upgrade our room size was handled professionally and quickly.

At check in the staff was so nice and helpful and quick to every need. The rooms where large and clean. With a family of four it was very convinent. The food at the family reastaurant was also very good and had excellent service. The hotel was very near to many attractions and services. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
