very nice hotel
08/26/2009The hotel staff was excellent. the location was great, and the property and rooms were clean and functional. we really enjoyed the breakfast. there were lots of selections.

I went on a short business trip, and was very pleased. Hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff was helpful with any questions I had. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! Very fresh food, lots of healthy, light breakfast choices available as well as more standard 'heavy' fare. Social hour almost every evening with cheese/crackers, cookies, more.. I *loved* not feeling like I had to stay in the dining hall, they had utensils/plates so you could just grab something and go back to the room to work if you so chose. Not fussy, but has everything you need and makes you feel welcome- I will absolutely stay here again when in Flagstaff!

04/15/2007For the amount of money we paid, i was expecting something a little nicer. kitchen looked dated. refrigerator smelled. pull out bed was uncomfortable.

Rooms are spacious; staff are helpful and friendly; continental breakfast and evening social hour made the rates worth it. I appreciated the near-full kitchen. Down comforters make the beds cozy. And very safe. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone!
