We decided to stay at this hotel on our Disneyland vacation because from the pictures it looked like a really cute boutique hotel. However, when we got there the pictures were a little deceiving. Don't get me wrong, the location can't be beat. It's withing walking distance to the Disneyland resort, though you do have to cross the freeway overpass. What we really enjoyed was that there was a Starbucks across the street next to a gas station where you can stock up on water and other necessities. The room was actually ok. It was clean but the shower/tub was horrible! Water pressure was bad and the showerhead kept spitting out water like it was broken. The hotel itself was a former Days Inn so it is a motel-style. Ask for a room away from the freeway if you want some peace and quiet. There's a free business center which was really convenient to print boarding passes before your flight. One thing did happen on our trip. After spending the entire day at Disneyland, we were sleeping and all of a sudden the room next to us decided to have a party. We could hear them screaming, talking, playing loud music through our door since we had a joining room. The walls are paper thin! We spoke to the manager and she sent a security guard to move us to another room. Packing all our stuff at midnight was not fun at all especially after a day at the park We moved from the top floor to the bottom floor which was much nicer by the way! No one was next to us and it was so much quieter! In all, this hotel was OK for those on a budget. I wouldn't stay here again that's for sure.

We had the extremely unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel in July.? Firstly, a hotel maid entered our daughter's room without knocking while she was present.? Secondly, our signed visa bill disappeared from the pool bar.? Finally, while we were at Disneyland on our last dat, an unauthorized key was used to gain access to our room.? Cash was stolen from two purses, and cash and a valuable necklace was taken from a leather case which was inside a bureau.? Hotel staff was less than cooperative, and we were forced to call 911 and have police attend.? The hotel is refusing to answer our questions regarding this theft and the issue of an unauthorized room key.? When we tried to get a safety deposit box at the fron desk, we were advised that there were none available, and the manager had to empty her personal belongings from one.? We were advised by management that there is not 24 hour security.? We would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone and hope that people take this under serious advisement before booking here

I'm pretty picky about where I stay and I was kind of disappointed that my room is near the freeway but when I was inside I couldn't really hear the cars. The bed was really comfy and the t.v. was awesome! I've never seen a t.v. like that before, not even in the Hilton and such. Room is a decent size. I like the shower considering I could either just stand there or use the shower head. Didn't try the food so maybe next time when I go again I will. Staff is friendly and helpful.
