My friend and I stayed four days and loved the non-commercial feel of the place, homey environment, and very comfortable beds. We had the Sugar Loaf Suite room, 2 very comfortable queen size beds, safety deposit box, HDTV, refrigerator, microwave, all the essentials. The staff was very friendly and helpful, continental breakfast every morning with view of fantastic Sedona's Red Rock, nice pool, and free wireless internet access. I plan to stay there again with family.

Kokopelli Suites was well--located, not in the middle of downtown but close to the ""Y"" which is the central hub of Sedona. Our room, the Sugar Loaf Suite was large, clean, nicely appointed with a flat screen wall-mounted TV, microwave and refrigerator. Ironing board and iron were also in the room. The suite had a little ""living area"" with a comfortable couch and a small table suitable for dining, cards or whatever. The staff was very friendly. Nice to have a breakfast provided with the room charge and to have someone to cook the waffles and omelets for you. The omelets were a small extra charge but everything else was free. There is a pool which is a little small but that didn't seem to be a problem for anyone that we noticed. Also had a hot tub. Would highly recommend this hotel, it hit all the right notes whether you are a couple or a family.

The staff at Kokopelli Suites was friendly and helpful. They were upfront about their policies and charges. The hotel does need some work (new stairs, loose railing by pool) but it is quite charming. The rooms are accurately depicted on the website. They go beyond the traditional continental breakfast to include belgian waffles. A couple mornings also included scrambled eggs, juevos rancheros, sausage, and grits.

This was a great place to stay. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. There was a wide variety of choices offered at the continental breakfast. The business center provided a convenient way to keep in touch online. The majority of the staff was helpful and courteous. Overall, the price to value was very good particularly for the Sedona area. Would recommend this hotel but would caution to pay close attention to what you need and what the hotel is offering if booking through an online travel service.

The room was nice but not very roomy (3 people stayed in room). Had a room on the end and was very quiet. Staff was nice even though my room wasn't ready on time. Paid too much for the room; it was away from everything. Had stayed in Phoenix the previous 2 nights and paid less for a much bigger room at the Hyatt Place. The sink area was too small and dimly lit but the shower was GREAT. Would stay again if I could get a better rate. Didn't think it was worth $* (incl taxes).
