Every time i come to phoenix I stay in this hotel. I have stayed in so many hotels, too many to count and they were decent, This place is an exception to the rule. The beds are so comfortable and the staff was very helpfull and answered any questions I had about the area. I always return due to that fact. Who would not want to be in a place that only lets in there guests. I appreciate that the doors lock. Thats nice in any area...... The price is great for what you get in return.

I don't know where the person stayed at in the previous review but I stay at this hotel often and it is ALWAYS clean and the staff is the most friendly and accommodating out of anywhere I stay. I just won't stay anywhere else. The beds are awesome!!!

Where should I start? The sleeper couch was torn on the outside & bed was inoperable. Bathroom smelled so bad I had to buy my own cleaning supplies. Manager only comped a $50 discount for whole 5 night stay.We tried to find other hotel but booked due to Spring break. Horrible customer service.Not to mention it is in a not so nice part of town, with tagging/vandalism on buildings next door. Front door locks at like 7pm and you have to have card to get in. That is scary! All this for $X a night????? No Thanks.
