my vehicle was broken into while parked in the lot overnight, and several items were stolen. The staff was aware that there had been several vehicle breakins over the past month, and neglected to inform guests of the risks involved in parking in certain areas.Of course the staff assumed no responsibility.

For the last couple of years I have always used online travel website to book hotels for me. I have never had a problem with any of the hotels that they booked for me. When i checked in to the la Quinta in Dallas at first they wanted me to give them my credit card even after I had already paid for the room through online travel website . after they saw that I had paid they gave me a room with a 1 double bed in the room. when I purchased the Executive Suite with King size bed and sofa that pulled out into a bed. I went back to the lobby and talked to the desk clerk she said that online travel website was bad about charging for one type of room and then sending the wrong info to the hotel. now since i do all my own booking on online travel website I knew better then this. My sister who was with me she had worked at online travel website for 3 years. It was the desk clerk who was trying to get over Not online travel website . dont think I will stay here again

Me & my husband stayed here one night for a short getaway from the kids.... we just wanted a place where we could swim and enjoy a hot tub. We were EXTREMELY impressed with the room... it was extra spacious... the bed had a down mattress pad on it that helped with the bed comfort a little. The heated pool was really nice & the hot tub was nice. This was an excellent hotel for the money. The room had two TV's which would be great for someone with kids... it had a king bed and a fold out couch. There was a microwave, fridge, and a kitchen sink. The hotel is quite small as well so the pool and hot tub were not croweded at all... in fact, we had it all to ourselves! And the pool and hot tub is open til Midnight which was really nice. Overall very clean and a great place to stay for the money. We were very delighted with our selection... there were regular movies and adult movies to rent on the TV. One of the best La Qunita's we've ever stayed at. Also, the room was exactly what we asked for... king smoking... we've had lots of bad experiences showing up at a hotel and them not having the room we asked for. Everything was perfect. Would highly recommend for a nice place to stay in Dallas at a GOOD price for everything it had to offer.

Had a 2-rm suite w/fridge, micro for under $*-weekday! Two large TVs, good pillows & mattress. Brkfst a bit weak, reconstituted eggs just don't cut it. Daily happy hour to boot! Best deal in this block of numerous hotels. In-room wireless good. Need better desk chairs.
