Great location near the Wharf. Obnoxious staff at the front desk and extremely unfriendly to young folks like myself. They must tend to the older people because when standing online they immediately run over to the computer to help. The bellman even had me hail my own cab. It is embarassing when the traveler knows more than the conceirge desk. I would have management hire more competent people to run this place. Otherwise my rating still stands.

The Hotel has a really wonderful location. It is close to many things at Fisherman's Warf. A good breakfast buffet until 11:00 everyday. All of the staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The hotel was starting room renovations on November 3rd. They were OK as they were, but will be a nice improvement.

I stayed at the marriott for the week for business. On Friday I realized I had bed bugs bites all over my body! The hotel staff says that they checked and there weren't any, but I have been to to doctor and now fear everything I need to do to rid myself of this. I have thrown away all of my suits and luggage, washing everything. The hotel hasn't helped at all and denies it. Bed bugs are horrible you itch all over it is like the worst case of poison ivy plus the level of work required to get rid of them is enormous. This is a high traffic hotel with bed bugs, poor service and I would highly recommend NOT to stay here. I go to San Francisco once a month and I will never stay here again.

This is an excellent hotel to stay in the Fisherman's Wharf area in San Francisco; it has a prime location, very close to the best amenities in Fisherman's Wharf, especially Peer 39. The service of the staff is excellent and the concierge has an incredible knowledge of the area and can direct you to the best places, not only in the area of Fisherman's Wharf, but in the whole San Francisco, Napa and Sonoma areas.We even got a complementary bottle of champagne and some nice chocolate dipped strawberries. The rooms are nice and cozy; the housekeeping service is also very good. The breakfasts at the Spada restaurant were very nice and the services from the restaurant?s staff were excellent. The one thing that I found to be extremely expensive was the parking lot, at US$ per day it is one of the most expensive in the area. All and all, as I already said it, this is an excellent and cozy hotel to stay in the Fisherman's Wharf area.

This hotel is very convenient to Fishermans Wharf. It is also close to the F Line so we could take public transportation from the airport easily. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were particularly happy with the concierge who helped us arrange transportation back to the airport and helped us with great dinner reservations. We would stay here again!
