  I checked in - went to my room. The rooms are fare size and looked fine. Went to the restroom, the toilet was full of Poo. I flush the toilet and it over flowed. Went down stairs, and asked for an other room. I was told that they would send someone up the clean the mess. I told them that I wanted an other room. I was told again that they would be up to clean the room. After I got into a heated discussion with the night attendee, I asked for a refund - Being I was prepaid. I wanted to go to an other hotel. He said fine – I haven’t charged your credit card so you are free to go. I remember reading that if there were any changes to the itinerary, I would be charge a fee. So this attendee know that, he had his money. So he didn’t care. I asked for an other room again and I wasn’t going back to that room. He did fine and gave me an other room. Thanks God I only had to stay 3 days. I seen him a few more time during my stay and he was very rude. I don’t think I will book every thing together again. Air, Hotel & Car. This was enough.
