The stay was wonderful - the staff was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay again. The parking fee of $* was a bit steep.

We were one block from the beginning of Fisherman's Wharf and the Sheraton was like an oasis from the crowds. They also had nice wicker furniture with gas fireplaces outside to relax and visit. The rooms were comfortable with flat screen TV's. We would definitely stay here again. parking was expensive but you can park in the Safeway parking lot next door for much less.

So far this was my favorite stay in The Wharf Area. Previously stayed at Hilton and Radisson. Great location of course, clean room, good service. Our room on the 1st floor had a small patio outside, I don't think many rooms do. Really enjoyed the fire pits outside. We did not have a car, but heard parking was $. Not sure if that is right. Internet Access was not free.

This hotel was great. Especially if you want to be close to the Wharf and within easy transportation to get around the city. Close to the trolly lines and F Line cable car. Within walking distance of Pier 39 and the ferry boats for harbor tours. The also have great fire pits outside where you can sit and enjoy a coffee or drink. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

The location was great for sight seeing and restaurants. However, the hotel was older with minimal renovations done. Our air conditioner did not work upon arrival and it took over 2 hours for someone to come and fix it. The hotel did allow us to check in several hours early which was appreciated. Over all pleasant stay.
