  The stay was terrible...felt unsafe with the entry and how to get to breakfast. the front desk staff was awful as well and could never get the general manager ...

  The stay was terrible...felt unsafe with the entry and how to get to breakfast. The front desk staff was awful as well and could never get the General Manager to return a call so had to file a complaint with the franchise.

  Our stay at the Howard Johnsons was wonderful. This is in an excellent location. Everyday you awake to a gorgeous view of the mountains. This motel is close to most of the attractions and a Walmart and many restaurants are within walking distance. I would stay here again. The only improvement would be more selection on the continental breakfast. Maybe some sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs to the breakfast menu. A great experience overall.

  The view was breathtaking, it was a nice surprise to wake up to pike's peak right outside the window. the location was perfect, close to route 25 and attractions ...

  The view was breathtaking, it was a nice surprise to wake up to Pike's Peak right outside the window. The location was perfect, close to route 25 and attractions as well as the view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to visiting again. There were even coupons for admission to the YMCA, we were just so busy we never made it.

  I was in Colorado Springs for 1 night and basically just needed a place to crash for the night. This place was a good deal for the price. Just make sure not to take a room that faces I-25 as you will hear traffic. Also, the walls are pretty darn thin. I could hear the tv on one side of me and the party on the other side. Again, it was super convenient for what I needed. But, if you want something w/a little more luxury, this definitely "aint" it!
