Our hotel room was TINY and had the distinct smell of cat urine throughout it. It was "cheap" and we didn't spend much time there... but I really would spend an extra $* and stay at a Holiday Inn or similiar hotel next time... No refridgerator ( I thought all hotel rooms had those in this day and age), REALLY TINY room and the smell, as I said, was unpleasent. The shower had little/no water pressure and an old, crusty shower head. The breakfast was the usual "cold muffins/pastries".... they did have some frozen waffles and bread that you could toast. Again... spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

My wife, my nine years old grandson and I travelled to Orlando for the specific purpose of visiting the Holy Land Experience on Saturday, October 18th. When we arrived at the hotel at about 12:15p.m. the size room we paid for was not available and we were courteously asked to wait a while until a room became available. About twenty minutes later I approached the young man at the counter and indicated to him that we had travelled for the specific purpose of visiting the Holy Land Experience that day and that there weren't too many hours left in the day for us to enjoy the visti. With out hesitation the young man at the counter asked if any other room was available and in a matter of minutes we had a key in hand. Upon entering the room we appreciated that we had a neat, ample, microwave equiped, refrigerator equiped room on the fourth floor. I really think this was people taking care of people. I must mention that I have used La Quinta at least three times before and I have always enjoyed my stay with them. Good service, fast service and clean rooms. Thank you La Quinta for making my trip a success.

While many hotels claim to be pet friendly this hotel truly is. They did not charge any extra fee for having my 2 large dogs and were gracious giving us a late check out when we wanted to have some time without the dogs before we left Orlando.
I was really expecting a dump for the price but the room was clean, the pool was exceptionally clean and the amenities were great. Really nice tropical poolside bar as well -
