The hotel was very hard to find first of all and secondly, it was indicated to be a 3 star ( lol )hotel. The walls were shabby, yellow, the housekeeping room was across from my room. The door was open and it looked like all the paint was peeling off the walls and door. In my room there was a large hole in the wall at the baseboard with tacks sticking out of the carpet. Flecks of something black in the ice. I wouldn't stay there again.

Eventhough my stay was short, I was slightly disappointed the moment I walked into my room & hotel. Don't get me wrong the room appeared to be very clean but our blanket had cigeratte burns in it, the remote control back piece that holds the batteries was taped up and on the day of check out I was hassled by house keeping to leave my room 45min. early because they had to get the rooms cleaned before 11am. The manager of House keeping actually knocked on the door to tell me that they were on a budget and they needed to get in the room ASAP before the time ran out because they couldn't afford to pay their workers to work pass that time. I was highly upset by this because I paid to be there until 11am and felt that I should not have to compromise my stay. With all the confusion, I voluntarily left the room only to sit in the lobby for the remainder time waiting for my hubby to get back from a business affair. Lastly, when coming in the hotel the automatic sliding doors didn't work,a guest actually had to play with the door to get it to open for us. Besides all that chaos the owners were very apologetic and offer me a room to wait in and a discount on our next stay. Not! I will never stay at another comfort inn in no state.

The staff was terrible and the rooms was nasty had to change room 2 times because of the dirty rooms and nasty comforters, site said hotel was close to the airport it is actually almost 9 miles away.

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. Our bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the floor and a ring around the tub. The door connecting the 2 rooms needed serious repair. The air conditioner made a loud noise when it cycled on and woke me up every 20 minutes, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The front desk employees were not friendly. They seemed annoyed when I called to ask for directions to the hotel. I would not recommend staying here.
