  We have stayed at this hotel 5 years for New Years Eve. As always the rooms are clean & the staff is friendly. Rooms are newly remodeled this year. You cannot get a better deal.

  This hotel is a nasty place to deal with. I called to cancel because of Hurricane Fay and the man who answered was nasty and didnt cancel me as he said he would. I got a bill that my card was charged for one night. When I called I was cursed out told too bad you didnt have a cancelation number. I called parent company to log a complaint. In the morning after I cooled down I called the front desk again at this hotel and tried to speak with the ""manager"". Of course I reached a voice mail. I called back and the desk manager handled it and said I was going to be refunded my money and yes they found a note I canceled. I got a call later that day telling me OH NO I am not going to get my money back I have to show proof that I canceled. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
