when we had first arrived there we specifically said that we wanted non-smoking rooms. they gave us one room where you could still smell the smoke. the closet was broken and we even complained and they were so unorganized. the next day we were charged for a courtesy call that was not neccessary. they even stood by the door to wait for us to leave so that the maids could clean the room. when we checked out we complained again and they were so lost.

I enjoyed some aspects of this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room and facilities were clean, and I found the bed quite comfortable. However, the facility is aging, and its age is beginning to show. The suite we stayed in had a sofa sleeper and a separate bedroom. We stayed with a child. The sofa sleeper had a cigarette burn through cushion. Only the front room had A/C outlet, and since it was summer, we had to leave the bedroom door open to keep cool. The TV was very dated, the left side of the screen had a green tint, giving people to the left of screen a Herman Munster complexion. We went to try the spa one evening, but it was not working. Appeared to be an electrical problem that I am sure could happen at any hotel. Just one of those aging things. I enjoyed the continental breakfast here, and the price is right. Stay here for a simple base of operation, but not if you want to impress the wife.

Hotel was great. Close to my work area. They were busy painting the exterior so hope it looks good when I go back. I was surprised on how friendly the staff was. Every time I needed something, they took care of it, directions, extra coffee, etc. Everyone from the GM to the housekeeping was great. I travel a lot and don't find too many smiling people at hotels. I was very, very satisfied.

Hotel was great. Close to my work area. They were busy painting the exterior so hope it looks good when I go back. I was surprised on how friendly the staff was. Every time I needed something, they took care of it, directions, extra coffee, etc. Everyone from the GM to the housekeeping was great. I travel a lot and don't find too many smiling people at hotels. I was very, very satisfied.
