  My wife needed a fridge in the room to store breast milk, they forgot to put it in the room. Then they brought it in as she was breastfeeding, which created a fu We never got the microwave. She was pissed the entire time. My son (5) LOVED the place. Games, nice staff who helped keep him distracted, and lots of waffles and Fruit Loops in the continental breakfast.

  Check in was a mess as they did not have the correct info, but that got taken care of. The location is in the back of a parking lot and is not exactly safety inspiring. The night staff is a nightmare! We had an emergency and the clerk on duty laughed and told our daughter too bad when she did not have the room #. I went to the desk and she did the same thing and would not give me the room number of the people we checked in with. She was laughing and eating and just rude, rude, rude!

  Management is not very competent. service was lacking in several areas. there are many good choices of houston hotels. this is not one of them.
