We can not give enough praise for the staff of the Best Western Sawgrass. They were so very accomodating and helpful. So much so that we plan to visit again. The rooms were neat & clean, the beds comfortable, but the staff (especially XYZ ) put you over the top. Thanks again.

We loved this hotel. Everyhting was perfect. The breakfast room was huge, beautifully decoated and well stocked with a super helpful and friendly attendent. In fact, every single employee I encountered greeted me with a smile, from the front desk, to the breakfast attendent and the housekeepers I passed in the hallways. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, everything was spotless, the bed was supremely comfortable (I hardly EVER sleep well in a hotel bed) and the rooms are beautifully furnished. We will definitely stay here again next year when we travel south. You definitely get great value for the price. I've paid twice as much for places not half as nice. In fact, I would have to say this was one of the nicest and definitely the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in.

We stayed only overnight. The employees were beyond helpful. From the front desk to the maid staff verrrry helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and the grounds were very well kept. The pool was large and clean. Front desk person helped with a good restaurant nearby even gave us discount coupons. Maid staff asked if we needed anything else. We were allowed to check in a little early with no problem. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!
