THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE IS GREAT. EVERYONE WAS POLITE AND PROMPT WITH ANY OF MY REQUESTS. THE POOL IS A BIT SMALL BUT HAS A COZY FEEL TO IT. I ENJOYED MYSELF VERY MUCH AND SO DID MY FAMILY. THE STAFF WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP AND SMILED WHILE DOING IT. HOTEL WAS NICE AND TIDDY AND THE PICTURES YOU SEE ON THE INTERNET LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE HOTEL, NO DIFFERENCE. THE BED AND PILLOWS ARE GREAT. GOOD TIMES...

Stayed with family for mini spring break. The hotel was located near just about everything. Staff couldn't of been more helpful with any of our needs. The restaurant food was good and plentiful. All in all we enjoyed the stay very much. The only down side was the pool area was a little small. Definately would stay there again if we were visiting the area.

Location is central and staff were very nice. Rooms are very small. Only three drawers of storage in the room. Bathroom was very tired and in need of a restoration or at least new paint, caulk/grout and shower curtain (which was too small). Very loud Christmas music was playing in the lobby and near elevators all the time which I found annoying. Toilet paper was the cheapest I've ever found at a hotel chain. No hot tub.

I had to go to Fort Myers for a meeting and found myself at the Crowne Plaza Fort Myers. I've stayed at CP's before and thought my stay there would be just fine. Well I have to say it was more than fine, it was great. Even though the restaurant is under going renovations they still were able to deliver great service with good food. The staff at the desk did everthing possible to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I can't say enough about them, except I'll be back.
