Good price for location. I have stayed in this hotel at least 10-15 times and my favorite thing about it is location....location.....location. Lots of places to eat and 2 minutes from Downtown Disney. The rooms have window tints and heavy drapes which allows you to sleep in if you want to.

First the pros: My daughter loved the swimming pool and water slide. She and I both enjoyed the breakfast. The front desk people were very nice, friendly, and professional. Loved the location, being so close to Disney and next door to the Olive Garden. Loved the microwave-fridge combo. My daughter and I both slept very well during our stay. It was also a plus that the price was reasonable compared to other hotel chains in the area. Cons: When I made it to the room, the tub was dirty with several pieces of black hair in it. When at breakfast, my daughter had to go to the bathroom and when we returned in just a few minutes, the staff had thrown away our breakfast even though there was fresh fruit on both our plates (obvious we were not done yet). Anther con was the marketing person had an abrasive approach, trying to have me schedule to see their time share. I On the morning after arrival, I got a phone call at 7:30AM from the hotel staff saying that my car window was down, which could be a concern if someone stole my GPS. Please do not tell me this at 7:30AM - I'M ON VACATION - I never get to sleep in! When trying to print from the hotel computer, the printer did not work. The housekeeper turned the air down in our room to 66 which was very cold when we returned to the room. I turned the heat on for a minute to get the chill out of the air and the fire alarm went off. Looking at the list, it seems like there are more cons; however, we had such a good time overall that we will return back to this Holiday Inn.

This hotel is great! My sister and I went for a week to Orlando to visit multiple attractions and amusement parks. We had a wonderful time. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning for the humidity, microwave and fridge for those leftovers, and good breakfast and comfy beds. My only bad experience was the shuttle to Disneyworld. Don't use the shuttle! We took the shuttle to Disneyworld and when we boarded the driver did a count by hotel room number. We chose 8pm as our pickup time, one of the few pickup times they have. The monorail was late to the pick up station and it tooks us 35 minutes to get to the shuttle area where it only took us 10 minutes in the morning, so we got there at 8:05pm and we were left behind. So there is absolutely no use in taking counts for departure if they are not going to verify counts for pickup. So we had to take a taxi ($18.50) back to the hotel, which they don't reimburse, we were not going to wait for 2 hours until the next shuttle. Disneyworld parking is $*, better just to drive if you have a rental car.

We stayed for 5 mights in this hotel, and enjoyed the stay. The hotel is located nearby to all major attractions. Spent just 10-15 min driving to the attractions. The hotel rooms are maintained well and the breakfast is good. However, I want to talk about something that we were not happy about. We checked-in around 9PM and were desparate to get into the room and hit the bed. I tried to locate where the reception desk is, looked around and saw one lady totally immersed in explaining something to the guests to the left side of the entrance. I though she might be the receptionist and went stood infront awaiting my turn. Minutes passed and she was in no mood to relent in trying to get her guests the best of the deals. The guests were equally curious and the flow of questions seem to be never ending. After a while, thanks heavens, she paused briefly and acknowledged my presence and went back into her flow. Atlast, after 20 long min, the guests left and my turn came. Very quickly, I realized that she was an agent selling some time-share holiday inn resorts. She pointed me to the actual reception desk and started offering various deals to disney attractions, provided I accept to attend a morning 7:30AM presentation of one-and-a-half hours in their resort next day.I refused tactfully and proceeded to the reception for my actual check-in half-hour after I entered the hotel. I then realized that the receptionist is sitting somewhere inside not visible to the new guests unless we move closer to the receptionist desk, when the guy appeared suddenly (as though watching you all the time but waiting to make sure of your intention to check-in).

This was a great stay, no complaints. The pool was perfect for my autistic son- not too big. Checkin was fast, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was awesome as well as the free wifi! We stayed for 3 days, and went to the Royal Pacific for 4 days to save money. We should have stayed here the whole time. Close to Disney, so expect traffic.
