staff and front desk were friendly but I just felt like a little more attention to the room was needed..ex.the first day after, no coffee was left then after third day,extra coffee was left but never was there extra shampoo,soap etc when there were two people sign in..other then that, We had a great time....

After reading all the reviews, I thought this would be a good place to stay while visiting Disney. I was not disappointed!!! We really enjoyed our one week stay at the Holiday Inn Sunspree. The entire staff was friendly and helpful from the time we arrive until the time we left. We stayed in the newly remolded part of the hotel which was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The facilities at the hotel were good...everything you needed was there or a short walk away. The hotel's conv. store and restaurants could have better/longer hours, but the food was very good. Take advantage of the free shuttle service to the parks...very convienent. This is a kid friendly hotel with many activities for kids of all ages...my seven-year-old loved the game room and movie theater. We will be back!!!

I stayed July 1st-6th with 2 children ages 7 and 10. Rooms were very clean, only trouble was that we had 4 washcloths on checkin and day 2 we had one and then NONE the rest of our stay. Rooms are very large. Overall, staff was rude and not helpful. At times I felt like a getting an answer to my question was like pulling teeth! Shuttle times to Disney are not reported appropriately on their web site. It states shuttles are every 20 min however it is more like 8am, 10am, noon and then the return times are only 2 times per night at each park like 6pm and 10pm. The pool is huge and they offer many kids activites. Never found the fitness center they supposed have. In room safe is very convienent. Basically this is a good hotel for the price but not if you want to be able to have a conversation with staff. The gentleman from ND that drove the van to the airport was VERY VERY nice and treated us polite when he drove us back. Not allowing delivery persons to deliver directly to the room is inconvienent to guest.

The lobby was nice and clean. Great convenient store, cute gift shop, delicious breakfast buffet, adorable movie theater for kids, and a very clean pool (loved the location of the pool in the center of the hotel!). But the rooms? Yikes! The carpet & funiture looked like it has seen better days. Would I stay there again? Yes, because I loved the pool and lobby area, but the rooms could really use some updating & remodeling...even just new comforters would make all the difference. The room looks like it hasn't seen anything new since 1988.

Had to ask for another room upon check-in. Water pipes were making a TREMENDOUS noise in our original room. The rooms weren't clean. They were old & run down when they were supposed to be updated. Pool and hot tubs were dirty. Hot tubs did not have any ""spa"" qualities to them at all... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.
