    My daughter and I stayed here from Saturday until check=out on Wednesday. Everyone in the hotel was nice. We checked our car everyday with valet, it was a bit pricey, but so convienient!!! We received the car in less than 2 or 3 minute wait, they were there to open doors and help with luggage. It would have been nice to have a free breakfast or just juice,coffee, fruit or muffins, just to start the day. Beds we great, showers always hot water, ice for drinks, rooms clean. I would stay there again. The noise level was 0. That was hard to believe since the hotel is located right at the airport. We never had a problem with the elevator as so many has complained about in the earlier reviews. We did ride on all 4 elevators that we available.

    I stayed in this hotel may be 5-6 times...the rooms are ok, this time when I checked in they did not have the room promised available and gave me another smaller room, concierge leaves at 10 PM, reception is slow, uninterested and not very helpful, valet parking lost key of my rental car and so on....all together, if it would not be LAX, a desaster, but unfortunateloy the hotels there are all the same

    Two years ago I had a very pleasant overnight stay at the Radisson Hotel at LAX. Now I am wondering whether they scraped by with a good impression because I was there less than 24 hours, or if the management and maintenance of this hotel has been in a steady decline ever since that visit. Essentially the only difference in my 5 nights last week at this hotel and 5 nights at $ per night economy is that the front desk staff was nice and the sheets were clean, and I paid far more than double for the experience. Other than the aforementioned graciousness of the Front Desk staff, the only other commendation I can give this hotel is its proximity to LAX. It is a short shuttle ride and very convenient for flights. Wait to park, Wait for the ONE elevator for 12 floors, wait for trash to be picked up in the halls. Do not waste time with this place unless you are merely on a flight layover. My detailed and lengthier comments are reviewed on Yelp.

    It took a very long time to check in our room and the concierge was very concerned that we wouldn't return the luggage carts when we told him that we didn't need his help. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke on a non-smoking floor. Our room looked out over a parking garage under construction. We were able to get another room that didn't smell like smoke on the same floor. They were also very quick about bringing us a portable crib. Four out of six of the elevators are not working and the two that were working stop at every single floor regardless of whether or not someone is waiting to get on or off. Plus they are VERY slow! We decided that we would change hotels in the morning. When we informed the front desk, they were very accomodating and gave us 4 free complimentary breakfast tickets. We are a large family and we need eateries within walking distance and the only reasonable priced place to eat close by is Subway. So we moved further up the road to another hotel.

    Even thou there were some issues with the room. I think the front desk and all the employees tried very hard to please you and help you as much as they could. Valet was great to us and super friendly and helpful with directions, and suggestions. I think the hotel is still being worked on like parking in the rear of the hotel. The rooms could use a little upgrade on the AC. But all in all, we did like it.
