At 10:15 PM an erector- type scaffold was put up next to my hotel room with much loud noise by the men involved. It was taken down at 3:15 am with again much noise. Is this the way this hotel treats their guests???? I needed a good night's rest for a day of traveling back East. I would not go back there if you gave me a million dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel was nice, the bed and pillows were very comfy. Our room was always clean and beds made when we returned to the room. The decorations were awesome and the staff was helpful. Only problems we had was the key cards didnt work all the time, the restaurant never seem to be open and the bartender made my margarita with vodka instead of tequila. Overall a good stay and I would stay again. Recommended!

This hotel looks good from the outside, the lobby and sitting area are native but not welcoming or warm. It is close to the expressway and has several restaurants in the area. However, the disappointment was mostly in the room and service itself. Twice housekeeping left cleaning rags in the room, several days we did not get drinking glasses (the plus is that they use plastic wrapped glasses so you know they are clean) and the coffee pot is a one-cup maker with paper cups. We asked for regular coffee and they didn't have any on the cart or at the front desk. Most hotels I have stayed at made up for that by leaving extra packets but not here, we didn't have regular coffee all week. The pool area was nice and clean but the pool was not heated so we couldn't swim (it's inside/outside pool seems like it would be a big seller for the property) so not being able to use it was a downside. I know it sounds dumb but they did not have an automatic front door. When you bring in your luggage, shopping bags or just have your hands full, it difficult to open the large, heavy doors. The staff at the front desk was helpful but be careful, they wanted to charge us for a burn in the carpet which we didn't put there. Next time I would check out the room and report anything as soon as you get there. They advertise a patio or balcony but there are no chairs to sit in to enjoy the view and they are very small so don't go there thinking you can sit out with a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy the sunrise. Rooms are small.

Chose this place because of the pool. but the heater was broken. Checked in on a Monday, still broken on Saturday.........the water was freezing. Hot tub was great. Our room was tight. Had two double beds, four people. There is a desk and chair and one upholstered chair. The balcony was nice for early morning sunrise viewing and reading. The mattresses were so thick that the sheets came off every night, sometimes during the night. We slept well with the AC on. Tried leaving the balcony door open one night, but road noise was terrible. The lobby was awesome. There was a table size drum and unusual chairs for seating. No complimentary food with the room. Had to request a refrigerator and that was very small. Once in the room with doors closed we had little outside noise. Balloon Fiesta raised the rates $$ on our last night. Starbucks people will be happy that a shop is steps from the lobby. Freeway is right out the door also. The staff were very friendly.
