Some of the staff here was so rude. I called the front desk one morning to ask a question and even though I was very polite, the young man who answered the phone was so rude. He put me hold for what seemed like eternity so while I was on hold I went down stairs to the lobby (now my son is holding the line) and the young man was just standing there laughing with other employees. I was so shocked, I went back to the room and my son was still on hold I just told him to hang up. Needless to say I didnt get my question answered by him. The next morning my we went down to the breakfast buffet and we were stopped before we made it to the door with a "do you have your coupon or something?" but the lady that was there before us wasn't stopped and that lady needed the help. That same person who stopped us at the door hoovered over our table through our meal, I was so fed up we left. On a good note: roomservice was excellent and housekeeping was spectacular. We could have paid the same price at 5 star hotel and been treated better but I know we will never stay at this hotel again!
