  The hotel clerk was very rude, when arriving he was arguing about a room not clean, and was cursing the caller. then the clerk was rude to me. the room ...

  The hotel clerk was very rude, when arriving he was arguing about a room not clean, and was cursing the caller. Then the clerk was rude to me. The room was nice, but very smokey, even though I do not smoke and asked for smoke free room.
