Customer service was lousy very rude. Rooms were dirty and run down. Housekeeping and the maintenance staff were also rude had to change rooms three times because of dirty bathroom and the tv did not work I will never stay here agian.

Chose this hotel because of proximity to airport, 24 hour airport shuttle and complementary breakfast. What a mistake! The room entry door (outside entry to parking lot) was misaligned and light came through one side of jamb. One chilly windy night the draft was pretty big. Electrical outlet for the desk lamp was loose and didn't work. Shock.fire hazard. Had to use another outlet. Towel rack over toilet was coming out of the wall. Rug was filthy. Breakfast was lousy. Eggs were wierd little discs about twice as thick as a quarter. Looked like they came from a container. Never enough hot food. Housekeeping was slipshod and inconsistent. Don't think our carpet was ever vaccumed. If I had to stay near the airport again, I would try other nearby hotels first.

Dear Sir or Madam: though this motel has, by no means, 4star accommodations, the rooms are very dingy and run down as is the lobby. I needed to change my room upon arrival as I was given a room with a ""handicapped"" bathroom rather than a full tub and lamps lthat didn't work. The front desk staff was friendly but not overly so. The free breakfast was so-so and the computer available for free internet access was in poor condition. The pool was not heated (even slightly) so was too cold to take my morning swim I was looking forward to. Not sure I'd recommend this place to anyone

Our experience here was horrible. We asked for nonsmoking and were put in smoking with no option to change. The smoke alarm was hanging by a wire out of the ceiling. We requested to have the cruise package and they put us down for a fly package. Then when we asked about the shuttle to the cruise that comes with our package they told us it would be an extra $60. I should have known when I requested the confirmation to be email to me and it never was. The lady at the front desk was RUDE and a smart butt. She said she made the reservation, remembered everything said in the conservation and that we were wrong. She must have a mega memory to remember a conservation from 3 month ago, or maybe she just don't make many reservations. She said we could not speak to a manager because one was not on duty at the time. When we were checking in there was another guest that had a similiar problem. I would not recommed this hotel to anyone.
