This hotel was horrible. The room was very dirty, there was sewage backing up through the sink. We had four adults and two children and on the booking we put that in. The room they gave us would only sleep four people in the beds, which was fine the kids can sleep on the floor but when we asked the desk for a couple of pillows and a blanket they refused to give us them. They told us they didn't have anymore. The hotel was virtually empty so I asked them if they could get them from another room as they had many rooms empty and they told me even though it was eleven at night they could fill all of those room still so they couldn't do that. The online travel agency did refund our money after a couple of hours on the phone with them at three in the morning. I would not suggest this hotel to even those relatives that you just hate coming into town.

not sure if I would stay here again. 2x4's holding up the box spring and mattress stuck up on both sides of bed---very dangerous. Front desk hotel staff very nice, but MAJOR remodeling going on!! Bathroom could use a remodel and new carpet in the room would be nice. Door did not really fit the frame--blanket had cig burn hole in it. VERY CONVIENT to Busch Gardens--we walked to and from and never felt unsafe. Parking lot lit well..

This is a older and not fancy motel. This being our third year here in a row, we still say best deal for $ and location. The pool is always clean, staff is great, parking lot has more than ample lighting too! Again the rooms are not fancy, but everything worked, and no we had no bugs either. If you want perfect... you will pay for it.
