I stayed at the resort from 07/26 to 07/28, and we loved it!!! We had a suite and everyine was very comfortable the waterpark is just excellent......we were in the pool Monday night and I was able to mingle with other people that came from different areas in teh US and outside, the breakfast buffet was excellent overall I definitely will recommend this hotel to family and friends

THINGS I LIKED: Staff was very nice and helpful. The place was very clean. Housekeeping kept the rooms very clean and comfortable. Pool/water slide area was well kept. The kids enjoyed the pool and the water park area. Pool hours were good. Plenty of chairs and some cabanas. The bar at the pool was good. Snack bar for treats was good. The buffet style restaurant on site was okay--just what you'd expect (drinks NOT included in the price of the buffet). There were designated smoking areas. Rooms had fridge/microwave/coffee maker/blow dryer. We stocked up on breakfast and lunch items and only ate out for dinner to save money. No bugs--if you've every stayed in FLA before you know bugs can be a problem. Hotel was within 15-20 miles of major attractions. THINGS I DIDN'T LIKE: Hotel is near a major highway and you can hear the traffic at times. The signage for the hotel was difficult to see--we drove right past the hotel and didn't realize it! We were on the first floor and people were parked right outside our room. Room has one window--if curtain is open everyone can walk by and look right in (no "shade" or privacy screen). I recommend asking for a room on the outside (away from the pool). There were no "courtesy" books in the room to help you figure out what was nearby for restaurants etc. The noise level of some of the guests was ridiculous even as late as 1am one night! They should have posted signs about noise level esp after dusk. Pool: not enough tubes for lazy river ride. Water park closed at 7:30pm--way too early for these vacationing kids! OVERALL: I would recommend this hotel for people with kids. Just expect the "motel" atmosphere. My kids liked it!

We brought our 6 year old daughter to the the Magic Kingdom, and chose this hotel for the waterpark. The two queen bed room was spacious and clean, the staff was helpful and courteous, and we all enjoyed the waterpark!! Coffee in the room, good buffet breakfast available for a small cost. For less than the cost of a single one day admission to the park, and half the price to stay in a 'value resort' on Disney property, we got a comfortable room and a day's worth of entertainment! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family with kids.

Our family vacation last summer was there and never again!!! Both of our connecting rooms bathroom tubs were backed up and they never came to fix it. We had to threaten to cancel our reservation early in order to get new rooms. Once we finally spoke to the hotel mgr. thats when things started moving. My 4 year old loved the water park but my teens scratched their backs on the slides. WARNING to mothers, my 4 year old came back with a skin condition called Mollusco. This is a fungal wart that causes extreme itching on the skin and appears as tiny warts on the skin and apparently thrives in pools. The breakfast was not worth the price. We consistently needed to ask for towels on a daily basis and go figure we had to ask for toilet paper too. So needless to say we all said never again and we should have bailed out early when we wanted to versus taking a good jester. Just take precaution because we felt the website is misleading to what you really get.

I read some negative reviews prior to going on my vacation but in all honesty we stayed at this hotel for 7 days in December 2008 over Christmas and I am coming back in July to stay here again! You cannot find a better price on a hotel that is this nice. We looked everywhere... If you feel like paying an extra grand go stay at the Nickelodeon hotel... If you want to find a cheap hotel that still stands above the rest and offers an amazing water park, here you go! Note: I would recommend getting a rental car while you stay in Orlando. Its very difficult to try to enjoy Florida without one.
