  The rooms smelled of smoke although it was nonsmoking. the bed was hard, the linens were extremely scratchy and so dirty. the bathrooms were decent.

  I've stayed in a lot of other best westerns and rate them highly. although this hotel was clean, the non-smoking room smelled smokey and didn't have internet ...

  I've stayed in a lot of other Best Westerns and rate them highly. Although this hotel was clean, the non-smoking room smelled smokey and didn't have internet access. On top of all this, at check-in the front desk staff was not friendly! The Anaheim Hills BW is an embarassment to the Best Western name. Unless this hotel receives a complete renovation (building AND staff), I don't see recommending this BW to anyone.
